Arrival of delegation of special invited quest and members of our Shrine Clubs to the City of Panama.

8:00 a.m.  Reception of nobles, Abou Saad Shrine Center

9:00 a.m.  Seminars for all nobles, clubs & committees.

12:00 a 13:00  Work classes for clowns

15:00 hrs. Arrival of the Imperial Potentate, Imperial Sir Douglas Maxwell at Tocumen International Airport. Meet by  Diván & escorts Ill. Sir Dave Bishop  y Lady Diana

16:30 hrs. Presentation of the Key to the City to Imperial Sir Douglas Maxwell at the Alcaldía de Panamá by the Mayor a.i Iván Arrocha.   Participation of Diván, nobles presidents of Shrine Clubs, special guests.

17:30 hrs. Initiation of our candidates

Place:  Top of Flamenco Island, Panamá

Participant:  Nobles, candidates & our Ladys

Dress: Nobles-  Dark coat, tie & Fez

             Ladys-  informal dress

21:00 hrs Welcome Cocktail

Saturday 22

Second Session of initiation  (Only nobles y candidates)

Place:  Abou Saad Shrine Center

Dress:  Informal with Fez

7:30 a.m.  Breakfast

9:00 a.m. Parade.

10:00 a 13 hrs  second session of ceremonial initiation in charge of by the Director Staff.

10:00 a.m. Visit of the Panama Canal

Participants: Imperial Sir Douglas Maxwell y Lady Patricia.    The Lady's that wish to attend are welcomed.

Gala Banquet

Place: City Club de Panamá

Dress: Smoking, Tuxedo o dark suit. Lady's evening gowns.

Fezzing Ceremonial of new nobles, Honoring of Imperial Sir Douglas Maxwell, interchange of gifts and recognitions.
